  • 14. Repair system files if needed
  • 15. Disk cleanup to free up space and memory
  • 16. Increase paging memory for internet Explorer.
  • 17. Delete tracking cookies
  • 18. Remove unwanted browser extensions.
  • 19. Remove malware and threats.
  • 20. Installed Windows updates and patches.
  • 21. Installed Java and Adobe DC update.
  • 22. Uninstalled downloaded software tools
  • 23. Recorded remote sessions.
  • 24. Boot computer and login.
  • 25. Documented with screen shoots and made a folder labeled “DaveTheNerdGuy”.
  • 26. Have client check computer and sign off to bill.
